Please read these terms carefully before registering on the pojk platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and pojk regarding the use of its services.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pojk website and related services. By continuing to use the service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.
General Provisions and Definitions
In these Terms, "pojk", "we", "our" refers to the pojk platform and its operating entity. "User", "member", "you" refers to any person who has registered or wishes to register for pojk services.
"Service" refers collectively to pojk's website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting, live casino, and all related digital services.
"Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration, through which the user accesses the service.
pojk reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after any changes means you are automatically considered to have accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements
2.1 Age Limit
You must be at least 21 years old to register on pojk and participate in any gaming activity. This service is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. pojk reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend an account if supporting documents are not provided.
2.2 Personal Information
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information regarding your name, address, date of birth, mobile number, or identity documents will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be created by the same person, pojk reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated funds.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions
pojk's services are only available to users in regions where online gaming is legally permitted. Accessing the service from a restricted area is a violation of these Terms.
Account Security and Responsibility
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify the pojk support team immediately.
You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities conducted through your account, unless you can demonstrate that the activity in question was carried out without your knowledge.

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on pojk is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Verification Process
Before processing a withdrawal, pojk reserves the right to verify your identity. If the required documents are not provided, the withdrawal may be delayed or suspended. This verification process is carried out solely to ensure financial security.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If evidence of fraud is found in any transaction, pojk reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance and close the account. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
New members on pojk can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.
Other pojk promotions include: weekly reload reward (up to ৳10,000), slots excitement bonus (up to ৳15,000), cricket festival deposit bonus (up to ৳12,000), birthday special gift (up to ৳2,000), and refer a friend reward (up to ৳3,000).
Important: Bonus amounts are not direct cash. All bonuses come with wagering requirements, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Specific terms apply separately to each promotion.
pojk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. If a user misuses bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the relevant bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
6.1 System Errors
If a software or hardware error causes an abnormal game result, pojk reserves the right to void that result. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will not be considered valid.
6.2 Unfair Strategic Advantage
Using any bots, automated software, hacking, or manipulation to influence game results is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance will be forfeited.
6.3 Game Provider Policy
The pojk platform features titles from various reputable game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and many more. Each game from these providers has its own RTP and rules, which are displayed in the game lobby. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the technical logs of the relevant provider will be used as the final evidence.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
pojk believes that gaming is an entertainment activity, and we are mindful that it should not be harmful to any user. Our responsible gaming guidelines are set out in detail, covering features such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods.
All users are encouraged to play within their means and not to view gaming as a source of income. If signs of gaming addiction appear, help should be sought without delay.
pojk can activate self-exclusion at a user's request or based on our own assessment. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and bonus offers will not apply.

All financial and personal data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. You have the right to view, correct, and request deletion of your account information.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pojk platform:
- Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity or identity documents.
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to games or the system.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
- Running unauthorized promotions using the pojk name or logo.
- Using any technology that provides an unfair advantage in normal gameplay.
If evidence of participation in any of the above prohibited activities is found, pojk reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
10.1 Closure by pojk
pojk may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, provision of false information, suspicious financial activity, fraudulent gameplay, or a legal order.
10.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account voluntarily. If outstanding wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, bonus-related funds will be forfeited. Any verified legitimate balance will be returned once verification is complete.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. pojk will send advance notice to the registered email address in such cases.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of the appropriate court will apply.
Limitation of Liability
pojk accepts limited liability for any loss arising from technical errors, internet connection failures, third-party service failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. pojk is not liable to provide compensation for circumstances beyond its control.
pojk's services are provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee of uninterrupted service is given, though pojk endeavours to maintain the highest standard.
Even if any one provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
Final Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between pojk and the user and replace all prior oral or written understandings regarding the use of the service.
If pojk delays or waives enforcement of any provision of these Terms, this will not be regarded as a waiver of that provision in the future.
